Welcome
Since its inception on February 10, 1979, the “Sweet” Mu Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated has been dedicated to “Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood”. As young Black students pursuing a college education, we feel it is our unique duty to positively impact the lives of our Spelman siblings through service-based initiatives such as “AKA Book Club”, the “Sweet Tea Party”, and a host of events that cater to the foundational initiatives of our beloved sorority.
On behalf of the Mu Pi Chapter, we officially welcome you to our website. It is our sincere hope that you learn more about our impact as a chapter and organization. Thank you for your support.
President Jalyn White
Service
The "Sweet" Mu Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. is highly active in community service. In doing so, Mu Pi members exemplify excellence through sustainable service to reflect International President and CEO Danette Anthony Reed’s initiatives. Scholarship
Scholarship embodies Mu Pi members' ability to prioritize education and grow as critical thinkers and constant learners always evolving and changing. Developing a philomathic spirit, scholarship reflects itself in how we approach service, sisterhood, and the overall mission of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
